FIPR’s name has recently changed to the “Florida Industrial and Phosphate Research Institute.” The “FIPR Institute” is now integrated into the University of South Florida Polytechnic (USFP) in Lakeland, Florida. The scope of the Institute’s applied research will broaden to include more than phosphate-related work as we continue to serve the citizens of Florida through science and engineering research and information.

Please help us extend our outreach by making a contribution to the FIPR Institute’s Development Fund. State law prohibits use of state funds for certain items and your contribution will allow us to address needs and goals of the Institute, such as:

  • Enhancing hosted meetings of scientists and engineers from across the United States and abroad,
  • Recognizing the many experts who volunteer on Technical Advisory Committees,
  • Furthering the efforts of our K-12 Education Program.

If you would like to pay by credit card, please follow this link: http://usf.edu/ua/dept/?fund=390800.  If you would like to pay by check, please mail it to 1855 West Main Street, Bartow, FL 33830; making the check payable to: The FIPR Institute Development Fund, Account # 390800.

FIPR Institute will use these funds to bring in new grants and new partnerships in support of our mission.  If you or your company would like to consider making a grant to FIPR Institute, please contact Shannon Medley at (863) 534-7160 or smedley@admin.usf.edu.

Thank you for your support for the FIPR Institute.
