Research pre-proposals are submitted
to FIPR Institute
FIPR Institute staff reviews pre-proposal and advises investigator(s) on whether to proceed with submission of full research proposal
Full research proposals
are submitted
to FIPR Institute
Three panels review proposals
and make funding recommendations:

Recommendations for
funding made by all three
expert panels are
presented to the
FIPR Institute
Board of Directors
FIPR Institute's Board of Directors
considers the expert
comments and recommendations
at public meetings three times a year
and makes final funding
decisions. The Board reviews
multi-year projects annually
for continued funding
Completed and reviewed
studies are distributed to
interested groups and are
available to the public
